Scheduled Appointment Policies

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations and schedule changes are made within at least 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment. Any no-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

We value your business and ask that you respect our cancellation policy. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable, so we have implemented this policy to compensate our staff for their time and lost revenue. This also allows the opportunity for another potential client to schedule an appointment in place of your cancellation.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy include:

    • Snow Day
    • Falling Ill
    • Family Emergency

You will not be billed unless there is a less than 24-hour cancellation or no show. Upon scheduling your appointment, you agree to the policy described above.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.  We also provide text reminders if you choose to opt-in. We do this to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
