Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us here at Elina Organics. This time is reserved just for you.  We understand that sometimes things come up and adjustments to schedules need to be made.  Therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.

  • 24 hour notice is required if you need to cancel or change an appointment. If 24 hours of notice is not provided you may be charged 50% of your service fee.
  • No shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
  • This policy allows us time to inform any clients who may be on a wait list, as well as helps us to keep the Elina Organics Practitioners schedules filled for the day. Thus better serving everyone.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.  We also provide text reminders if you choose to opt in. We do this to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
