Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

You may return most new, gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not offer free return labels unless it was an error on our end.

Include either your invoice or a note in the box with your name, order number, and instructions if you would like a return or exchange. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Elina Organics products are practically made to order and are made by hand in small batches.  Each product is incredibly fresh because we believe food-grade organic skincare products should be as fresh as the food at the grocery store. We do not have a large inventory of products. This can cause a little delay in the shipment process from time to time and is what makes our organic skincare company so unique.

You will be contacted if we are unable to fulfill your order after one week (7 BUSINESS days). We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.  If we can not fulfill your order after 1 week then we will ship the rest of your order and backorder the other items. Back order items are first priority and will be shipped out ASAP. You will not be charged for shipping on back order items. This is very unlikely but may happen if we are waiting on very specific ingredients or during the busy holiday season. Please expect delay's if your order is placed during a special or holiday sale.

We are not able to offer expedited shipping because we make products in small batches and it is not guaranteed your product is made at the time of your order. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Product Packaging/Seals

Our products are not sealed and do not have boxes because we are an organic company and we try to minimize packaging which will end up in the landfill disturbing the environment. Products must be sealed when they are sold on the shelves of the retail stores. We only distribute our products through medical and beauty professionals or directly to customers by mail. The product is coming from our manufacturing facility straight to your home. No other customer can touch your product or open them before you receive them. 

Shipping Materials

We are proud to say that all Elina Organics shipping materials are 100% recyclable or bio-degradable. You can also return your used bottles back to us and we will properly sanitize and recycle them.
